- Letting is from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00
- We regret we are unable to accept pets.
- There is a no smoking policy in the property.
- A 25% deposit, minimum £100 is required if booking more than 8 weeks in advance. Full payment required if within 8 weeks.
- Total cost must be paid within 8 weeks of arrival date
- A £150 security and cleaning deposit is payable at the time of final payment. This is usually submitted as a personal cheque which is returned uncashed on departure if property is left in the same condition as it was found.
- Full terms and conditions will be forwarded with the booking form via email or post.
